Weights are computed from your answers (weight = clamp(base × risk-factor, 0.5, 2.0)); no one hand-sets them. The reference corpus is a labeled starter (synthetic, five canon ranges) — the geometry is real, the neighbors are placeholders until authored notebooks replace them.
