Do you charge per action or per token?

No. Signet prices by the seat and by the mandate packs you enable. Your agents can take as many actions as they need at no additional governance cost.

How long is my audit record kept?

Forever. The ledger is append-only and lives with you. There is no retention tier and nothing to export before a deadline.

Does Signet need to call your cloud to make a decision?

No. The gate runs locally and decides in microseconds. It works in air-gapped and restricted environments, and it does not stall if the internet drops.

Which models does it support?

Any. The model is paired at the transport, not baked into the agent, so you can bring your own key and swap models without losing the agent's identity or history.

What is a mandate pack?

A maintained set of rules for a domain, such as finance, support, or development. You layer a pack onto an agent to extend its governed surface. Packs are how Team and above grow with you.
